OUR STORY

Sweet Cottage Academy , established in 2012 by two sisters who have passion in French pastry. Evolving from a small home baking studio to become top of leading pastry school in Thailand. Now we have more than 2,500 students per year, both Thais and overseas students.

Our goal is to improve your pastry chef career beyond. We intend to create new recipes which are not only tasty but also splendid and trendy. Our strength and value proposition is to teach you the best and practical recipes with reasonable cost that can make you a better profit.

OUR TEAM

All our recipes are original created with love and passion in baking from the founders and team who graduated from Le Cordon bleu London, UK and The Ferrandi French School of culinary Arts in Paris ,France. Both of the founders still creating new recipes and teaching by themselves up until this day.

             We have 40 experienced staffs, Chef instuctors and assistants. Our teams are well qualified .Staff members are graduated and experienced from leading institutions domestically and internationally. Such as 5-star hotel and bakery shop in London, Paris and the USA ,also work experience in famous bakery shop in Bangkok. All of us are willing to share our knowledge and passion for pastry to all of our student without any secret.
