You can arrange your own schedule. Schools are opened Tue-Sun 9.00-17.00. Can take course everyday consecutively or can take 1-2 days off per week

Payment term
1. Pay full amount by credit card, cash, or bank transfer

2 . Installments 

1st installment : When apply, pay 35% of tuition fee
2nd installment : Before class begin, pay 35% 
3rd installment : After 10 days of class, pay  30% 

*If pay by installment, promotions will not be applied
 
School provide the followings :

Item student need to prepare : 
1. Personal padlock for locker (for storing personal items in the locker provided by the school)
2. Notebooks, pens, stationery for taking notes in class.
3. Safety shoes (with socks)
4. Dress code for women: Gather your hair neatly with a clip.
Dress code for men: If your hair is long, it should be neatly tied back.
(Long black slack pants, no patterns, for wearing during class)
5. Prepare two Tupperware boxes per day.
6. Prepare a copy of your passport. Bring it to the staff at the counter.
7. The school has parking for students.

 

COURSE OUTLINE

INTENSIVE COURSE 

(13 DAYS)

Basic to Intermediate Level

Learned a total of 25 bakery and beverage menus popular for opening a cafe shop. These course will be foundation skill for beginners. Course will be structured by difficulty level, start learning from basic to intermediate. Gradually student will get used to working in bakery kitchen, and familiar with equipment

Note: During study, if you wish to extend to an 26-days course, you can do so by paying an additional fee

PROFESSIONAL CHEF COURSE
(26 DAYS)

Basic toAdvance Level

Learned a total of 50 bakery menus (from gallery above and below), bread, drinks, complete with every skill necessary for opening a cafe. Suitable for medium to large business owner or hotel business looking to modernize their current products.  Learning from basic skills and gradually rise up to advance skills, students are guaranteed to be confident in developing recipes, manage to run their own bakery business operation successfully
