1. Learn to make 8 popular cakes for opening a shop. The cakes made will be 3-pound cakes and teach how to cut and wrap them into pieces ready for sale.
2. In this class, students will gain skills in making all types of cakes, including chiffon, sponge, butter cake, roll cake, baked cheesecake, no-bake cake, and no-bake pies, along with teaching how to make frosting, such as spreading with whipping cream, cream cheese, pouring fudge sauce, and pouring icing glaze.
