Fresh coconut pie
 A delicious menu that does not require an oven. The bottom is crispy biscuits, followed by custard pudding.
 Young coconut, slightly sweet recipe, packed with coconut meat, decorated with coconut whipped cream.
 Students will take home 2 pounds (cutting is not taught).
