Mousse cake made from valrhona chocolate, Passion fruit flavor, sweet and sour, stuffed with mango&peach gel insert (cutting the refreshing flavor), crispy royaltine, and coated on top with chocolate almond glaze. The bottom base is almond sable, thin, crisp sheets, extremely precious.
